The purchase of this camera was made possible by a National Science Foundation Major Research Instrumentation Grant. Five discrete cameras aimed at planar mirrors. Provides high-resolution, seamless, up-to-360° horizontal and 50° vertical viewing of any scene at every instant. Reflection off a planar mirror is clear and sharp. Multiple image sensors results in higher resolution panoramic scenes (approx 720 x 480 pixels x 5 cameras = 3600 x 480 pixels).
